The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tar River Region is proud to share that our annual Teeny Tiny Turtles on the Tar was a tremendous success. Thanks to the support of our community, volunteers, and turtle teams, we reached our goal of selling 2,000 rubber turtles, raising critical funds to support youth programs across the Twin Counties. The event brought energy, excitement, and plenty of cheering along the river as hundreds of turtles made their way to the finish line. We are grateful to everyone who came out to support the race, enjoy the festivities, and stand with us in our mission to ensure great futures for every young person who walks through our doors.
