The BE Well program is intended to improve mental, social, and emotional health of school-aged youth in the Twin Counties. Through the BE Well program, each Club member will be exposed to different lessons and activities to put a more intentional focus on mental wellness and overall wellbeing.

Different opportunities will be offered to Club members on a weekly basis, with the BE Well Coordinator at your child’s site at least one day a week. Club members will interact with the BE Well Coordinator in large group settings, small groups, and will also have the ability for one-on-one sessions if needed.

We are also extending the invitation to families to participate in activities alongside your child, to ensure your child knows you the program’s intentions and goals.

How We Help Every Day

At all of our Clubhouses, our youth have the chance to feel heard, safe, and supported. We use fun and helpful tools like our Feelings Posters, daily check-ins, and activities that help us talk about our day.

Our staff is trained to help kids understand their emotions, solve problems, and feel good about themselves—every single day! Take a look below at some of the ways we do this together.
