We were honored to be part of a powerful evening centered around The Generation Theory — a documentary created by NCACC’s 100 Strong Productions team. The film explores the complexities of generational dynamics, offering deep insight into how different generations shape and strengthen our communities.
Through personal stories and thoughtful interviews, The Generation Theory highlights the importance of embracing generational diversity in leadership, collaboration, and community building.
Following the screening, a panel of local leaders shared their perspectives on the film’s themes and how they relate to our region’s work in talent development and youth empowerment.
